Foresta Falls

Foresta Falls – 1.7mi / 2.7km

A series of cascades lead to a beautiful waterfall tucked away in the quiet Foresta community. The hike follows an old, dirt road through a sparse stand of trees before breaking out into open meadows that flower in the spring.

The road parallels Crane Creek as it begins to drop into a nice series of cascades. Continue down the road to the base of the 45ft/14m Foresta Falls where a bridge crosses the creek and makes for a nice turnaround spot.

Trailhead: Turn down the signed road to Foresta off the Big Oak Flat Road just east of the tunnels. Continue through Foresta to the end of the road. The trail continues down the old road.

Elevation Gain: 300ft / 90m – Elevation Loss: 300ft / 90m
