, Thank you for allowing me into your email inbox. With the constant chatter that happens in the online world, I consider it a privilege and a gift to be able to share my thoughts and ideas with you. Thanks for joining me on this journey to better health and wellness, and a life-long quest for adventure. I care about you, and I'm grateful to have you in my online community! -Kristen
Call me old-fashioned, but I still send hand-written "thank you" cards. Why? Taught to me as a young child, this simple act allows me to reflect, show gratitude, and appreciate the people in my life.
YOU are my "Why"... Why do I take the time to send you emails, write blog articles, and create an online fitness program? Because, nothing lights me up more than hearing from friends and fellow hikers like YOU who find value in the resources that I provide. Helping people overcome personal challenges and live long, active lifestyles is my ultimate goal as a fitness coach.
Love reading your blog, Thank you! —Tara At 68 and an avid hiker I’ve really enjoyed this [blog series]… keep up the great work and happy hiking! — Bob
I've been pairing the training program with Jake's Hike734 videos on YouTube and it's really motivating me to get in shape for my own trip to Glacier, and just be a healthier person. It has been a blessing to me, and I hope you will make more programs in the future. — Randi (HIKE-ABILITY client)
Great post! ❤ My wife and I love your work. — Ryan
A personal goal of mine is to be a “hike for lifer”, and I’m constantly inspired and encouraged by the results of my clients who are in their 50s, 60s and beyond — they’re improving their fitness, accomplishing their bucket-list hikes, and feeling great in their bodies!
I am 66 and am finding the HIKE-ABILITY course to be exactly what I am looking for to stay on top of the health curve for hiking. — Paul (HIKE-ABILITY client) Turning 70 made me want to brush up on my physical fitness. While I have been able to hike pretty long distances - I often had knee or hip pain… Strengthening… has helped eliminate pain, and for shorter distances I can walk without hiking poles. — Cathy (HIKE-ABILITY client)
I LOVE hearing stories like these, and I can’t wait to hear even more in the coming year!
