Regardless of your hiking experience or fitness level, my mission is to provide YOU with valuable tools and guidance so that you are (and continue to stay) on the right track towards your hiking goals. Or, let's be honest, sometimes we (myself included) just need a little friendly nudge or helping hand to get going or get back at it… Each week during this special email series I'll give you an "action step" to keep you on track, inspired and motivated, and successfully reaching your goal(s). This week’s action step is super easy and fun! YOUR Action Steps: Continue to excitedly plan and prepare for your hiking trip. Read maps/guidebooks/websites (see below for helpful resources), select and research your “must do” hikes, and day-dream about your vacation (I recommend doing this at least once, but probably no more than 3 times a day😉 ).
