I often hear this comment from golden-agers (and middle-agers) when expressing their frustration in their body's inability to move and perform like it used to. While it's true that moving may not be as easy for them as it once was, it's also true that they have some control over improving how their body feels and moves.
Don’t just accept lack of mobility as a "normal" part of aging!
