Hi there!
I wanted to take a minute and check in with you and see how you’re doing with your HIKE-ABILITY coursework and training.
I hope that you’ve found your “workout groove” and are scheduling and logging your weekly training sessions. Also, know that each step you take in this journey I’m cheering you on! ? I believe in YOU, and I’m super proud of you! ?
If you’re feeling stuck or unmotivated, that's ok it happens. I’d encourage you to read through the lessons again. Then make one small goal or habit for yourself for this week (examples: set out your workout clothes before you go to bed, ask a neighbor or coworker to go for a walk, print out your workout schedule and hang it on the bathroom mirror, do a front-plank hold during commercial breaks).
