Adams Falls

Adams Falls – 0.8mi / 1.3km

The East Inlet river races through a rift in the rocks below you, cascading and falling in numerous pools as Adams Falls. After a short walk on the wide, popular path, you reach the loop for the falls. Follow the signs to the viewing area. The cascading water gains momentum as it drops, then takes a 90 degree turn into a rift in the rock where it wraps around the viewing area then disappears from view.

Trailhead: From Hwy 36, turn onto West Portal Road to Grand Lake. Stay on West Portal Road for 2.4mi/3.9km to the trailhead at the end of the road.

Elevation Gain: 100ft / 30m – Elevation Loss: 100ft / 30m
